21st Amendment Brew Free or Die IPA - 04/09/2013

Bitter IPA that lingers. Watery upfront before transitioning to a sharp bitterness and finishing without a lot of flavor before more bitterness kicks in.

Schneider Weisse Tap 6 - 04/08/2013

Slightly sour, wheat beer with a kick of carbonation and a fruity finish. Lively, flavorful wheat-dopplebock with a clean, creamy finish.

Stone Sublimely Self-Richeous - 04/07/2013

Bitter stout-like beer with a creamy sweet finish. Very unique, Sublimely Self-Richeous takes on a variety of flavor profiles at once, and it works.

Stone Old Guardian - 04/07/2013

Full of hops and high in alcohol. Unaged, this barley wine has plenty of potential.

Knee Deep Brewing IPA - 04/07/2013

Crisp IPA with lingering bitterness. The upfront taste is a little watery.

Fantôme Saison - 04/04/2013

Goes down easy but finishes on bit of a funky, bitter note. I've tried this one twice now, both times hoping something was just wrong with my particular bottle.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA - 04/04/2013

Grades unchanged, this review is an update to my January 11, 2011 review. On top of adding a better picture, I wanted to improve my description.

Knee Deep Brewing Hoptologist - 04/04/2013

Flavorful, complex, dynamic, delicious. Quite drinkable for a double IPA, Hoptologist is a delightful blend of sweet malt and bitterness.

Russian River Consecration - 03/24/2013

Dynamic, fruity, high-alcohol sour that's surprisingly drinkable. Consecration starts out mellow, transitions to a tart midtaste and finishes with a clean, carbonated fruitiness.

Russian River Row 2, Hill 56 - 03/24/2013

Light, crisp, floral dose of hops. Clean-finishing ale that has a bitter kick of hops at mid-taste.

Knee Deep Brewing Hop Shortage - 03/17/2013

Impressively smooth up front with a late explosion of lingering bitterness. Drinkably hoppy with pleasant lingering bitterness lingers, Hop Shortage is a well-balanced brew.

Moylan's Kilt Lifter - 03/17/2013

Quite smooth but a little too sweet. Nearly devoid of hop flavor, Kilt Lifter goes down easy, starting clean and drinkable before transitioning to a sweet burst of sweet, malt flavor.

Ballast Point Sculpin IPA - 03/10/2013

Full-bodied IPA packed with hops. Sculpin IPA is for the hops lovers.

Lagunitas Sucks - 03/03/2013

Heavy jolt of hops leads to a smooth, sweet finish. Expertly balanced, Lagunitas Sucks has a grapefruit citrus upfront flavor that transitions into a full dose of hops before finishing clean and crisp.

Brouwerij Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend - 03/03/2013

A champagne of a beer with a distinct, complex flavor. I've never tasted anything like Oude Geuze.

Russian River Sanctification - 03/03/2013

Well-balanced, sour and drinkable. A clean-finishing, flavorful ale, Sanctification packs a punch for a 6.

Russian River Damnation - 03/03/2013

Dry finishing pine/citrus beer. Relatively bland compared to many of the Russian River offerings I've tried.

Russian River Supplication - 02/24/2013

Addictive. Sour enough that you need to take 3-4 sips before you can enjoy it to the fullest.

Deschutes Chainbreaker - 11/27/2012

Distinct, flavorful, hoppy. Bursting with hops from start to finish.

Deschutes Jubelale - 11/27/2012

Malty upfront kick, bitter finish. Flavorful and complex Jubelale combines rich, roasted malty flavor with enough hops to jar you at finish.
