Russian River Consecration

March 24, 2013

Overall Grade:A

Dynamic, fruity, high-alcohol sour that's surprisingly drinkable.

Consecration starts out mellow, transitions to a tart midtaste and finishes with a clean, carbonated fruitiness.

Whether you're a sour lover or experimenter, give Consecration three or four sips before you solidify your opinion. It does start almost surprisingly tart.

Sour, yeasty aroma. Similar to Russian River's Supplication, minus the cherry. There is a bit or a Cabernet Sauvignon smell to it.
