Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA

April 4, 2013

Overall Grade:A

Grades unchanged, this review is an update to my January 11, 2011 review. On top of adding a better picture, I wanted to improve my description.

Hop, malt and alcohol explosion with a sweet, clean, creamy finish.

Dogfish Head's 90 Minute IPA is a big, bold, sweet double IPA. More of a one-and-done beer than something you'd drink two or three of, it's carbonated and laced with alcohol. It's relative lack of a bitterness, especially in the finish, makes it a drinkable double IPA for those who aren't hop-lovers.

Aroma gives away high ABV and has plenty of hops.
