Mendocino Brewing Co. White Hawk IPA

April 15, 2013

Overall Grade:A
Taste:A
Drinkability:A
Aroma:A

This drinkable IPA from one of my favorite brewing companies is solid across the board. The aroma hints at citrus, white grape and pine. A hoppy initial taste transitions to a juicy, mouth-filling flavor before finishing dry and heavy on the palate. Very well-rounded. Hoppy enough but not too hoppy. Unique and pleasing, this is a great IPA.
