Lindemans Pomme Lambic

May 17, 2013

Overall Grade:A-

This Lambic is absolutely delcious.

Made with wild yeast that's native to a particular region of Belgium, the ale is also fermented with apple, giving it a sweet, wild flavor.

The apple notes taste natural, and the barnyard flavor of the Lambic is still present.  The aroma is dominated by yeast and apple.

If you don't like sweetness in a beer, stay away from this one. But if you do, enjoy.
