Brother David's Triple Abbey Style

June 13, 2013

Overall Grade:B
Taste:B
Drinkability:B
Aroma:A-

This triple abbey style ale is rather drinkable considering its 10% ABV.

The yeast, which hints at banana and citrus, is more prevalent than the alochol. It's relatively carbonated, and the fizziness fills the palate before an overall dry finish.

The aroma is very pleasant. Citrusy, yeasty and floral. Also suggests the brightness of white wine.

It's not my favorite style of beer, but it's very good for what it is.
