Prairie Standard

August 30, 2013

Overall Grade:A-
Taste:A-
Drinkability:A
Aroma:B+

Creamy ride across the beer spectrum.

Smooth to tart to citrusy to hoppy to creamy finish. Quite an enjoyable ride, Prairie standard is light and drinkable whist still plenty flavorful.

I'd recommend drinking it slow and enjoying the flavor. It's a fine summer beer for serving chilled and cooling off, too. A well-balanced mix of ingredients.

Light fermented citrus, hop aroma.
